Job Description

- - Preparation of TEV report covering following aspect
- Technical feasibility of the project o Financial/commercial feasibility of the project with analysis of cost of project, Means of Finance, DSCR/IRR/Breakeven etc. Ratios, Industry Research
- Maintain excellent relationship with Banks, FIs, and NBFCs at various levels.
- Should ensure successful completion of the assignment within timelines and invoicing and payment collection.
- Understanding of Infra Projects such as Sector knowledge in Transmission, Thermal, Renewables (Wind/Solar/, Industrial Projects, Warehouse, datacentres & Residential Projects etc
- Advanced financial modelling and projection mapping.
- Review of Invoices and evaluations of total project expenditures head wise.
- Attending client meetings and site visits as per project requirment.
- Working in close coordination with developers and lenders and the project team.
- Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities.
- Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.

Work Experience

7 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in Project Appraisal, TEV Study and LIE Services. Preparation of TEV, TDD and LIE report covering following aspect:

- Technical feasibility of the project (Multiple sectors- Transmission, Renewable (Wind/Solar/BESS/Hybrid), Industrial Projects or Infra Projects (Warehouse, datacentres & Residential Projects etc).




- General insight into working of various industry segments and their special needs.

- Review of Contacts (Services, Supply and other contracts) and Statutory Approvals
- Review of PPAs and TSAs
- Preparation of DPR or Feasibility studies
- Financial/commercial feasibility of the project with analysis of cost of project, Means of Finance, DSCR/IRR/Breakeven etc.
- Should have excellent knowledge of preparation and review of financial model and any other documentation or information related to LIE/PMA/TEV/TDD Assignemnts.
- Familiarity with project financing structures, and stressed asset resolution frameworks
