Job Purpose

To diagnose, repair and service Mahindra vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, ensuring high-quality workmanship, timely completion of repairs and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs as assigned through job cards.
- Diagnose mechanical and electronic faults using approved diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, inspections and repairs according to Mahindra service standards.
- Replace or repair defective parts and components using genuine Mahindra spare parts.
- Conduct quality checks and road tests (if authorized) after repairs to ensure vehicle performance.
- Accurately record repair details,



labour time and parts used on job cards.
- Maintain tools, equipment and workstations in positive condition.
- Follow workshop safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Ensure jobs are completed within the prescribed turnaround time.
- Report additional repair requirements to the Service Advisor.
- Participate in technical training programs conducted by Mahindra.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S practices in the workshop.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
