Position: Operator

Department: Production (Machine Shop – CNC & VMC)

Reporting To: Supervisor

Location: Thirumudivakkam, Chennai – 44

Job Overview

Responsible for operating CNC and VMC machines to produce components as per drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- - Operate CNC/VMC machines as per instructions.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Perform machine cleaning and basic housekeeping.
- Ensure correct setting parameters are used (under guidance).
- Follow SOP, work instruction, safety and quality procedures.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and support 5S activities
- Report abnormalities to the Supervisor.

Required Skills & Competencies

- - Basic CNC/VMC operation knowledge
- Ability to read basic measurements
- Discipline and focus on productivity

Education & Experience

- - ITI / Diploma / Engineering background
- 0–3 years of experience in CNC/VMC machine operation
