Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Entrepreneurship to lead and develop our entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for creating an entrepreneurial culture, developing student and/or organizational startup programs, mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, building industry partnerships, and driving innovative projects from ideation to execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of entrepreneurship, startups, innovation, business development, and project management, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the organization’s entrepreneurship and innovation strategy.
- Design and manage entrepreneurship programs, workshops, boot camps, competitions, and startup initiatives.
- Mentor students, aspiring entrepreneurs, and teams in business idea development and execution.
- Guide participants in areas such as business models, market research, branding, finance, marketing, sales, and fundraising.
- Identify promising business ideas and support their development from ideation to launch.
- Build partnerships with entrepreneurs, startups, incubators, accelerators, investors, industry experts, and educational institutions.
- Organize guest lectures, networking events, pitch sessions, startup showcases, and entrepreneurship conferences.
- Develop and maintain an ecosystem of mentors, industry professionals, founders, and investors.




- Monitor the progress and performance of entrepreneurship projects and initiatives.
- Support teams in preparing business plans, pitch decks, financial projections, and investor presentations.
- Identify opportunities for grants, competitions, funding, incubation, and external collaborations.
- Research emerging business trends, technologies, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
- Track program outcomes and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Lead and manage the entrepreneurship team and ensure effective execution of initiatives.
- Represent the organization at entrepreneurship, innovation, business, and startup events.
- Perform other responsibilities related to entrepreneurship and innovation as assigned by management.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in entrepreneurship, startups, innovation, business development, incubation, or program management.
- Proven experience in developing and managing entrepreneurship or innovation programs.
- Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and business development.
- Experience in mentoring entrepreneurs or startup teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Strong leadership,



strategic thinking, and project-management abilities.
- Ability to build relationships with industry leaders, founders, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and presentation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with incubators, accelerators, entrepreneurship cells, startup programs, or educational institutions.
- Experience in organizing startup competitions, hackathons, pitch events, or business challenges.
- Existing network of entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, and industry professionals.
- Experience in fundraising, grants, CSR partnerships, or investor relations will be an advantage.
