Job Description

We are looking for a smart, hardworking and result-oriented Sales Executive – Retail to drive retail sales and develop business through direct marketing and customer visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate retail sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop business through direct marketing and customer visits.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, plumbers, consultants, interior designers and other channel partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and advantages to customers.
- Prepare quotations and regularly follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain an updated customer database and submit regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer service.




- Negotiate with customers and independently take appropriate decisions to close sales.

Required Skills & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Retail Sales / Direct Marketing.
- Experience handling interior designers, plumbers and consultants will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills with a target-oriented approach.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving ability.
- Smart, hardworking and confident with a pleasing personality.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory, or the candidate should be able to drive a two-wheeler and possess a valid licence.
