This is a conjoint role:
Role 1 — Web Maintenance Specialist
Reports to: Program Director / Account Manager
Type: Part-time or contract (remote)
Properties: aaymonline.org · courses.aaymonline.org · mdresearch.us · ibasuray.com &
Role Summary
Keep all three websites and the course platform rapid, secure, current, and error-free. This is a hands-on maintenance and publishing role, not a from-scratch design role — the sites already exist on WordPress/Elementor, and the priority is reliable upkeep, timely content updates, and quick fixes.
Key Responsibilities
- Routine upkeep: Apply WordPress core, theme (Elementor/Dictum), and plugin updates on a regular schedule; test after each update to catch layout or form breakage before it goes live.
- Content publishing: Post and format blogs, publications, event announcements, brochures (PDF), and landing pages; upload and embed videos and YouTube links; update batch/cohort dates and course details across sites.
- Forms & lead capture: Maintain and test all enrollment, contact, "book your copy," and newsletter forms (WPForms and similar); confirm submissions route to the correct inbox and don't break after updates.
- Course platform: Support the courses.aaymonline.org learning platform — enroll/organize students, upload lessons and modules, fix access issues, and keep the catalog current.
- Media & embeds: Manage image optimization, video hosting/embeds, Instagram galleries, and social feed integrations across pages.
- Performance & SEO hygiene: Monitor page speed, fix broken links and 404s, maintain metadata/alt text, and keep basic on-page SEO clean.
- Security & backups: Maintain regular backups, monitor for malware/downtime, manage SSL, and respond quickly to security or uptime issues.
- Analytics: Keep Google Tag Manager / Analytics firing correctly and pull basic traffic and form-conversion reports on request.
- Small fixes on demand: Turn around quick edits (text, images, links, new sections) within agreed timeframes, often ahead of a class launch, webinar, or campaign.
Required Skills
- Solid working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor (page building, template edits, plugin management).
- Comfort with a WordPress LMS/course platform (LearnDash or similar).
- Basic HTML/CSS; ability to troubleshoot layout and responsiveness issues.
- Experience with WordPress forms, SEO plugins, backups, and security/caching plugins.
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and social embeds, plus image/video optimization.
- Reliable, responsive, detail-oriented,
and able to work independently across time zones.
Nice to Have
- Basic graphic editing (Canva, image resizing for web).
- Google Analytics / Tag Manager, and light email-marketing/newsletter tooling.
- Experience maintaining multiple sites under one brand family.
Role 2 — Account Manager (Program & Operations)
Reports to: Program Director (Dr. Basu-Ray). Type: Full-time or dedicated part-time (remote) Scope: End-to-end operations for all classes, cohorts, and content across AAYM and MD Research.
Role Summary
Own the day-to-day running of the academy's education operations — a single point of accountability who makes classes happen, keeps faculty and students coordinated, and drives content from the classroom to publication and YouTube release. This role turns the calendar of fellowships, research-training cohorts, telerotations, clinical yoga courses, and webinars into a smooth, repeatable operation, and manages the people (faculty, students, video editor, volunteers) who deliver it.
Key Responsibilities
Class & cohort operations
- Schedule and run live classes, webinars, and demo sessions (Zoom); manage cohort calendars across the fellowship, research training, telerotation, and clinical yoga programs.
- Handle logistics end to end: invites, reminders, links, attendance, recordings, and rescheduling — accounting for multiple time zones.
- Keep each batch on track from kickoff through certification and letters of recommendation.
Faculty coordination
- Serve as the main liaison to faculty and mentors: confirm availability, assign sessions, share materials, and collect recordings and feedback.
- Prepare faculty for each session and ensure they have what they need before they teach.
Student coordination
- Own the student experience from enrollment to completion: onboarding, communication, WhatsApp group management, question-handling, and follow-up.
- Track student progress, project/publication milestones, attendance, and certification eligibility; escalate issues early.
- Coordinate enrollment consultations and route prospective students appropriately.
Content, publishing & YouTube release
- Follow up with the video editor to move raw class and promo recordings through editing to a finished, on-brand product on schedule.
- Manage the publishing pipeline: schedule and release YouTube videos, coordinate social posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), and the Vedant newsletter.
- Coordinate with the web maintenance specialist to get brochures, event pages, publications, and blogs posted on time.
Volunteer & team management
- Recruit, brief, schedule, and follow up with volunteers running teaching support, operations, and content tasks.
- Delegate clearly, track who owns what, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across teaching, publishing, and release.
Coordination & reporting
- Be the connective tissue between faculty, students, video editor, volunteers, and web support.
- Maintain simple operational trackers (cohorts, sessions, content pipeline, publication status) and report status regularly.
Required Skills
- Strong project coordination and people-management skills; able to juggle multiple cohorts, deadlines, and stakeholders at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable being the face of the program to faculty and students.
- Highly organized and proactive — follows up relentlessly and closes loops without being chased.
- Comfortable with Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, YouTube, and social platforms; quick to learn a course/LMS platform.
- Able to coordinate a remote team across time zones and keep a content pipeline moving.
Nice to Have
- Background in education, healthcare, research, or online course operations.
- Familiarity with content/social scheduling tools and basic analytics.
- Experience coordinating conferences or events (e.g., GIMC).
What Success Looks Like
- Classes start on time, fully staffed, with students prepared and faculty briefed.
- The video-to-YouTube pipeline runs on a predictable schedule with no bottlenecks.
- Faculty, students, volunteers, and the editor always know what's expected and by when.
- Cohorts reach certification, publication, and LOR milestones without last-minute scrambles.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
