As we scale our cross-border teams, we are seeking a young, energetic, and data-driven HR & Recruitment Assistant based in India to optimize our international HR pipelines during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition: Own the recruitment pipeline within Zoho Recruit—sourcing candidates, screening resumes, mapping qualifications, and coordinating interviews across international teams.
- HRMIS & Attendance Tracking: Maintain impeccable data hygiene inside Zoho People. Oversee daily shift logs, track attendance accuracy, and manage candidate-to-employee onboarding workflows.
- Payroll Admin Support: Reconcile attendance structures,



compile data, and assist with smooth backend processing in Zoho Payroll.
- Education: Bachelors in Human Resources Management/Bachelor of Commerce graduate. Strong natural comfort with numbers, data reconciliation, and basic business operations is critical.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of practical experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
- Software Competency: Hands-on, direct working experience with Zoho People and Zoho Recruit is strictly mandatory.
- Shift Readiness: Absolute flexibility to work full time Monday to Saturday 9 hours /day.
