Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their problem-solving and technical skills.
- Ensure timely communication and documentation of incident resolutions and system changes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
- Experience in automated testing frameworks and scripting to support application troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex software issues across multiple system components.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques to identify and resolve software defects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach.

Additional Information:
