Business Development Executive (BDE)
**Location:** Coimbatore

**Experience:** 1-3 Years (Sales Experience Mandatory)

At **Balu Decors**, we have been creating premium wedding experiences since 1982. We are looking for a confident and energetic **Business Development Executive** to help us connect with clients, generate business, and grow our brand.

Responsibilities

* Follow up with new and existing leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable wedding décor services.

* Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups.

* Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

* Coordinate with the operations team after client confirmation to ensure a smooth handover.

* Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.

Requirements

*Sales experience is mandatory.





*Experience in the event or wedding industry is an added advantage.

* Strong communication skills in **English and Tamil**.

* Confident in speaking with clients and handling negotiations.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to achieve results.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or CRM software is a plus.
