The Threat & Vulnerability Management Analysist is a member of the IT Security Operations team reporting to the Manager of Information Security. Security team members are focused on designing, configuring, implementing, and optimizing solutions approved by both Security Management and other support team members in an effort to support the overall business goals. This role will specifically work on identifying, tracking and communicating threats and vulnerabilities that may impact operations globally. We accomplish our mission with an automation first approach working closely with our other IT teams to reduce risk to the organization. Our scope encompasses all of cloud infrastructure, endpoints, application code base and any third-party libraries and other dependencies.

Roles and responsibilities will include:

- Own and execute on a vulnerability management strategy across all environments including cloud environments, endpoints, application code and other dependencies.

- Own and execute on a patch management strategy collaborating with other teams as necessary.





- Own and execute on threat intelligence efforts collaborating across Security and other teams as necessary.

- Support IT, infrastructure and infrastructure security efforts where possible

- Track new and emerging threats to our environments

- Build automated mechanisms between scanning tools and ticketing systems

- Create vulnerability tracking metrics and dashboards that can be shared with senior IT management

Must have:

- Experience in cloud security, threat and vulnerability management, asset management and/or related areas

- Experience with application and network scanning toolsets such as GitHub, Snyk, Tenable and/or Qualys

- Working knowledge of networking principles

- Positive written and verbal communication skills

Preferred skills and experience:

- Minimum of 3 years or more IT or IT Security experience

- Experience working with ticketing systems such as Service Now and/or Jira

- Ability to manage projects from idea to completion

- Experience using MS Office applications and creating reports with such
