We are looking for a passionate, compassionate, and experienced Principal to lead our education initiatives at our Bangalore center. Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

- Lead and supervise teachers to ensure high-quality teaching standards.
- Develop innovative and child-centric teaching methodologies.
- Design and monitor lesson plans, learning strategies, and curriculum implementation.
- Track student learning outcomes through Personalized Education Plans (PEPs).
- Support children in reintegrating into formal schooling after treatment.

Student Care & Well-being

- Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional development of every child.
- Coordinate with psychologists, social workers, dietitians, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor academic, emotional, and social progress of students.
- Maintain a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Teacher Development

- Mentor, guide, and evaluate teaching staff.
- Conduct regular teacher training sessions and workshops.
- Organize monthly review meetings and performance discussions.




- Promote innovative classroom practices and continuous learning.

Extracurricular Activities

- Plan educational events, celebrations, cultural activities, and excursions.
- Organize therapeutic and creative learning sessions.
- Encourage holistic development beyond academics.

Administration & Compliance

- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with educational policies and organizational guidelines.
- Prepare regular reports on student progress and teacher performance.
- Coordinate with parents, caregivers, and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in curriculum planning and academic administration.
- Ability to mentor and motivate teachers.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of child development and inclusive education.
- Comfortable working with digital learning platforms and educational technology.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education, Child Development, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 58 years of experience in teaching and academic leadership.




- Experience in school administration or as a Head Teacher/Principal.
- Prior experience working with children in special education, NGOs, hospitals, or inclusive learning environments will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be compassionate, patient, and committed to making a positive social impact.
