Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Microservices Architecture, Distributed Systems, and Full Stack Technologies, along with experience in leading engineering teams and driving end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and architect scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, requirement analysis, and solution architecture planning.
• Prepare and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Drive architecture reviews, code reviews, and implementation of best engineering practices.
• Guide development teams in building high-performance backend systems and scalable applications.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and deployment strategies.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across multiple technology stacks.
• Manage project execution, sprint planning,



and delivery timelines.
• Maintain technical documentation and conduct architecture walkthroughs with stakeholders.

Technical Skills:
• Backend Technologies: Node.js, Go, PHP
• Frontend Technologies: React.js, Angular, Next.js
• API Development: REST APIs, GraphQL
• Architecture: Microservices, Distributed Systems, Third-Party Integrations, SSO, Payment Gateway Integrations
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra
• DevOps & Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, GitHub/GitLab Actions

Preferred Experience:
• Experience in Product-Based or Startup environments.
• Exposure to E-commerce, Mobile Device Management (MDM), or IT Asset Management (ITAM) domains.
• Experience in scaling engineering teams and delivering large-scale applications.

Requirements:
• 710 years of experience in software development, system architecture, and technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system design principles, and distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
