We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital HR Specialist to lead the transformation of our HR functions through digital tools, platform and processes. The role involves implementing, managing, and optimizing digital HR systems to streamline operations, enhance employee engagement, and ensure data-driven decision-making.

This position holder will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the operation of HR Digitalization Project @ CMR Group Level. Currently we are using Darwin Box for complete life cycle of employee. He / she would be responsible for overall monitoring of day-to-day operation of HR Tech operation.

Key Responsibilities

Mastery of HR software and digital tools such as HRIS (Human Resource Information System), payroll software, performance management systems, etc. Understanding the technical aspects of these tools is essential for productive management

Ability to integrate different HR digital applications and systems for seamless data flow and optimized operations. This includes understanding APIs, data migration, and ensuring compatibility between various platforms.

Oversee the implementation,



configuration, and maintenance of HR digital applications, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and objectives.

Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure the smooth functioning of HR systems, including updates, patches, and troubleshooting.

Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes using digital tools, streamline workflows, and enhance system efficiency to improve overall productivity.

Ensure accurate and secure management of HR data within digital applications, maintaining data integrity, and implementing data governance practices.

Lead or contribute to HR technology projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, evaluate new solutions, negotiate contracts, and oversee service level agreements to meet organizational needs effectively.
