Qualification

B.E/B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

5-7 years of experience in high-rise residential building projects.

Job Responsibility

- Monitor day-to-day MEP activities at the site.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise the installation of Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and approved materials.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Identify and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during construction.
- Witness the testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Conduct inspections and maintain quality records.
- Coordinate with the civil team, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Resolve site-level technical issues and conflicts.
- Ensure smooth integration of MEP works with civil and architectural works.




- Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Monitor fire safety installations and ensure compliance.
- Support audits and inspections.
- Oversee the testing and commissioning of all MEP systems.
- Ensure system performance meets the design intent.
- Verify documentation and handover requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Maintain records of inspections and test reports.

Attributes

- Strong coordination and communication skills; must have experience handling high-rise residential projects.
- Experience in Mivan Shuttering or conventional formwork forhigh -rise residential building projects.
- Positive understanding of IS codes, NBC, and other relevant standards.
- Ability to review drawings and technical documents.
