1. Willingness to work in field and to work with groups of clients

2. Able to understand Group Needs, develop and maintain the cohesiveness of groups.

3. Manage operation of overall Region.

4. Managing the risk, control and surveillance.

5. Responsible for achieving business targets

6. Ability to take responsibilities for managing a portfolio of borrowers and maintain standards as required by policy.

7. Handel the team in efficient manner.

8. Maintaining reports and records

9. To drive the business initiatives across the target segments

10. Responsible for retaining the customers and maintaining the delinquency

11. Diligent, Agile and Result oriented candidate with good communication skills

12. Hunger and acumen to achieve higher goals

13. Planning, organizational and prioritization skills

Experience

Minimum 8-15 years prior banking experience in JLG segment. Must have worked in the territory
