JD: Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations across the zone, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
Develop and implement operational strategies to drive performance and efficiency within the zone.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.
Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional managers, supervisors, and staff within the zone.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
Sales and Business Development:

Drive sales growth and market expansion within the zone by implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives.




Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify current opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Customer Service and Satisfaction:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards and addressing any issues or complaints promptly.
Implement customer feedback mechanisms and use insights to improve service offerings.
Financial Management:

Manage the budget for the zone, ensuring cost control and efficient allocation of resources.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales forecasts, expenses, and profitability.
