- Lead the planning, implementation, operation, and maintenance of Toll Management Systems (TMS), Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS), Electrical Systems, and IT Infrastructure across multiple highway projects.
- Drive end-to-end project execution, including system design, procurement, installation, commissioning, integration, and lifecycle management, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of HT/LT electrical systems, substations, transformers, highway lighting, communication networks, surveillance systems, and field equipment to maximize system availability.
- Develop project budgets, annual operating plans (AOPs), maintenance strategies, resource planning, and energy management initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and costs.
- Coordinate with NHAI, State Electricity Boards, Independent Engineers, Consultants, EPC Contractors, OEMs, and government authorities for statutory approvals, technical compliance, and project execution.




- Lead cross-functional teams and service partners to ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance, while driving continuous process improvement.
- Manage system performance through preventive maintenance, incident management, risk mitigation, troubleshooting, and implementation of best practices in IT and operational technologies.
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, contract administration, and asset lifecycle management to ensure reliable system performance and optimized operational costs.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring uninterrupted tolling and traffic management operations, high system uptime, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams while providing strategic leadership to support business growth, technology adoption, innovation, and operational excellence.
