About the Role

CIEL HR Services is looking for agile and result-oriented Internal Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Non-IT recruitment and be passionate about identifying and hiring top talent across various industries.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-IT Recruitment (Mandatory)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews

Immediate joiners only





Kannada language proficiency is mandatory for the South India hiring role

Hindi language proficiency is mandatory for the North India hiring role

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
