Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional/Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Compensation and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Compensation and Benefits solutions while working closely with clients to understand business requirements and deliver scalable HCM solutions.
Candidates should possess strong functional expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

Key Responsibilities
Compensation

- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Compensation modules.
- Design and support annual compensation review cycles,



merit increases, bonuses, stock plans, and incentive programs.
- Configure compensation plans, budgets, eligibility profiles, and compensation worksheets.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of compensation processes.

Benefits

- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Benefits programs and plans.
- Set up eligibility profiles, life events, enrollment requirements, and benefit rate structures.
- Manage open enrollment, life event processing, and benefits administration activities.
- Support advantages reporting and reconciliation activities.

Functional Consulting

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle best practices.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional design documents (FDDs), and test scripts.
- Execute SIT/UAT and support business users during testing phases.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data conversions.
- Support reporting requirements using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
- Provide post-go-live support and end-user training.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.

Additional Responsibilities (Lead Consultant)

- Lead Compensation and Benefits solution design workshops.




- Drive end-to-end implementation and delivery governance.
- Manage stakeholder communication and client expectations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.
- Review solution designs and ensure alignment with business objectives and Oracle best practices.
- Support pre-sales activities, estimations, and solution demonstrations when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and support.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Oracle Fusion Compensation
- Oracle Fusion Benefits

- Experience with end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of:

- Compensation review cycles
- Merit and bonus planning
- Variable pay programs
- Benefits eligibility and enrollment processes
- Life event processing
- Benefits administration

- Experience gathering requirements and configuring Oracle Fusion applications.
- Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extract reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle Fusion Compensation Certification.
- Oracle Fusion Benefits Certification.
- Exposure to Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
- Experience working in global implementation projects.
