Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to expand our domestic and international market presence. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and promoting our products across global markets.

Role & responsibilities

- Identify and develop new domestic and international markets for spices and pulses.
- Conduct market research on demand trends, pricing, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Develop and execute market penetration strategies for new products and regions.
- Generate qualified business leads through B2B portals, networking, referrals, and direct marketing.
- Build and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, wholesalers, distributors, and retailers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized product solutions and competitive pricing.
- Monitor commodity prices, crop conditions, seasonal demand, and market trends.
- Coordinate with procurement, sourcing, and production teams to meet customer requirements.
- Visit markets, customers, and trade hubs to collect market intelligence.




- Participate in domestic and international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets.
- Support branding and product promotion activities in target markets.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales pipeline reports, and market analysis reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of spices, pulses, and agricultural commodity markets.
- Positive analytical and market research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and Email Communication.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in Marketing/Sales of Agricultural Commodities (Spices & Pulses preferred).
- Experience in Domestic and International Business Development will be an added advantage.
