Social Media Executive / Digital Marketing Executive

Job Purpose

To strengthen the digital presence of SBR Institute of Medical Sciences by creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, executing digital marketing campaigns, increasing brand visibility, generating patient engagement, and supporting institutional growth through innovative online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Manage and maintain the institution's social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X (Twitter).
- Plan, create and publish engaging content including creatives, reels, videos, patient awareness campaigns and institutional updates.
- Develop monthly social media content calendars aligned with hospital activities and marketing objectives.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages and online enquiries in coordination with concerned departments.

Digital Marketing

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other online platforms.
- Improve online visibility through SEO, local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements for user experience and lead generation.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers and videographers for digital campaigns.

Brand Promotion

- Promote hospital services, speciality departments, health packages and awareness campaigns.
- Support branding initiatives, community outreach programmes and promotional activities.
- Develop creative ideas to enhance the institution's digital reputation and patient engagement.
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital communication channels.

Performance & Analytics

- Track social media insights,



campaign performance and digital marketing KPIs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging digital marketing trends.
- Optimize campaigns based on analytics and return on investment (ROI).

Qualified Responsibilities

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to institutional branding guidelines.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments for timely content creation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, AI applications and social media trends.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Hospital Administration.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads or SEO will be preferred.
- 13 years of experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing (Healthcare experience preferred).
