Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop new product designs from conceptualization to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative furniture solutions that meet customer needs and market trends.

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for recent product development, analyzing data to inform design decisions.

- Create detailed drawings, prototypes, and specifications for manufactured goods using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).

- Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in Furniture Design or related field.

- Strong understanding of industrialization processes and ability to work effectively with suppliers.

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and other relevant tools.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
