Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Location: MG Road, Bangalore
Working Days: 6 Days

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into admissions.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
- Guide students through the admission and application process.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Requirements:
- 05 years of experience in Sales/Admission Counselling (EdTech preferred).
- Solid communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Target-driven with good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM is an added advantage.
