About the Role

Berakah Study Abroad is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Study Abroad Student Counselor with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on counselling experience in an overseas education consultancy. Candidates must have independently counselled students, managed university applications, and guided students through the admission and visa process. Freshers and candidates without study abroad counselling experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Study Abroad/Overseas Education Counselling.
- Experience counselling students for destinations such as the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Canada, USA, Ireland, or Europe.
- Strong knowledge of admissions, documentation, visa processes, SOPs, scholarships, and application procedures.
- Excellent communication and sales counselling skills.
- Ability to achieve student enrolment targets and provide end-to-end counselling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and partner institutions.
- Support students in making informed educational and career decisions.
- Meet enrollment and business targets while maintaining high service standards.




- Mentor and support junior counselors when required.
- Stay updated on international education trends, university offerings, and immigration regulations.

Requirements

Education

- Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Study Abroad Counseling or Overseas Education Consultancy.
