1. Project Planning & Execution
- Plan, manage, and execute ground-mounted solar projects from start to commissioning.
- Prepare project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and budgets.

- Site Management

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and overall project progress.
- Coordinate civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical works.
- Monitor land development, grading, foundations, module mounting structures, and module installation.

- Team & Contractor Management

- Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Allocate manpower and resources effectively.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.

- Technical Coordination

- Coordinate with design and engineering teams for drawings, layouts, and technical clarifications.
- Ensure proper execution of DC, AC, HT, SCADA, earthing, and transmission-related works.
- Review and resolve technical issues at the project site.

- Quality & Safety

- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Implement strict HSE and safety procedures at the site.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed.

- Project Monitoring & Reporting

- Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress.
- Prepare MIS and progress reports for management.
- Monitor project KPIs,



productivity, material consumption, and work completion.

- Material & Resource Management

- Coordinate material planning, procurement, delivery, and storage.
- Ensure materials are available as per the project schedule.
- Control material wastage and maintain proper inventory records.

- Client & Stakeholder Coordination

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Attend project review meetings and provide regular updates.
- Resolve project-related issues and maintain good stakeholder relationships.

- Cost & Budget Control

- Monitor project costs against the approved budget.
- Control manpower, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Identify cost overruns and take corrective measures.

- Testing, Commissioning & Handover

- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
- Ensure punch points and defects are closed.
- Support documentation, final inspection, and successful project handover to the client.
