Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage maintenance activities at Kundli plant, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime.

- Oversee mechanical maintenance operations, including CNC machines, VMC machine, injection moulding machines, and other plant equipment.

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.

- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement changes as needed.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a secure working environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 18-24 years of experience in industrialization or related field (auto components industry preferred).
- B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant discipline (Mechanical). with experience in injection Moulding / CNC /VMC /Perfume Making machines

- Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial projects involving complex machinery operation.

- Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical principles, and preventative maintenance practices.
