Our creative team creates the attention and fame, while our performance team turns that attention into real patient bookings.

We are looking for a creative individual who wants to build hands-on experience in content creation, Reels, shooting, editing, and Instagram growth.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This isn't a typical internship where you'll only be asked to make Canva posts or schedule content.

You'll be on the ground creating content.

You'll get hands-on experience in:

Ideation → Shooting → Editing → Posting → Analytics → Growth

If you spend a lot of time watching Reels and often think "I know how they made this work" — this could be the right opportunity for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

· Shoot short-form videos and Reels using smartphones/cameras.

· Assist with basic lighting, framing, and audio.

· Record doctors, experts, interviews, educational videos, and behind-the-scenes content.

· Help create trend-based and engaging Instagram content.

· Edit short-form videos for Instagram.

· Add captions, subtitles, music, transitions, hooks, and effects.

· Create engaging openings and improve video retention.

· Turn raw footage into polished, publish-ready Reels.

· Research Instagram trends, viral formats, sounds, and hooks.

· Come up with fresh Reel ideas.

· Understand what type of content gets attention.

· Help create content calendars and posting ideas.





· Assist with posting and managing Instagram content.

· Monitor reach, views, likes, comments, shares, saves, and follower growth.

· Identify which content performs best.

· Work closely with the creative and marketing teams.

· Take feedback positively and improve quickly.

· Support day-to-day content production requirements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

· Strong interest in Instagram, Reels, and content creation.

· Good understanding of current social media trends.

· Basic knowledge of video editing.

· Familiarity with CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools is a plus.

· Creative eye and good visual sense.

· Willingness to appear on camera or work around people who are on camera.

· Good communication skills.

· Ability to learn quickly and experiment with new content ideas.

· Proactive attitude, we want someone who brings ideas, not just executes instructions.

Your creativity, content sense, and willingness to learn matter.
