JOB ROLE
Track and analyze performance across all social media platforms.
Build reports, dashboards, and insights for campaigns and monthly reviews.
Conduct competitor analysis, audience insights, and trend mapping.
Collaborate with strategy and content teams to improve performance.
Monitor social listening and sentiment for brand reputation.
Present actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients.
REQUIRED SKILLS
2–4 years of experience in social media analytics.
Robust knowledge of native platform analytics + Google Analytics.
Strong Excel/Sheets skills – formulas, pivot tables, charts.
Ability to interpret data and convert it into strategy.
Knowledge of paid social metrics is a plus.
Trend-spotting mindset with attention to detail.
