Experience:

5-7 years experience in resistor manufacturing / Drives / Control panels/ Control systems/ Electrical distribution system / load banks / Neutral earthing resistors/ Harmonic filters/ Reactors/ Transformers/ Rectifiers
Minimum 3 years experience in leadership role in Design / R&D; Resistor manufacturing

Desired background & Skill:

- Product design validation methods
- Engineering drawing interpretation
- BOM structuring
- Customer technical handling capability
- Strong Knowledge of Material Science & Process
- Additional Knowledge of Resistors Process

Role:

Design Manager is responsible for leading Electrical design, development, and innovation activities related to resistor products, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and manufacturing feasibility. The role drives new product development (NPD), supports cost optimization through design improvements, and strengthens technical capability.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
