Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer enquiries for YoloWorks
- Connect with leads through Calls, Email & WhatsApp
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Schedule product demos for the Sales team
- Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM
- Achieve lead conversion and demo targets

Mandatory Skills

- Fluent in Telugu
- Fluent in Hindi
- Valuable communication in English




- Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam will be an added advantage

Eligibility

- 0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, B2B Sales, or Business Development
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
- Confident in speaking with business customers over calls
- Candidates based in Chennai
