Job Description – HR Manager

Experience: 3–6 years in HR management, preferably in healthcare/service organizations

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to manage end-to-end human resource operations across 3H World. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, HR policies, performance management and ensuring smooth HR operations across all centres and client locations.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, administrative, sales and support positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, professional networks and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities, documentation and onboarding.
- Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and manpower plan.

2. Employee Management

- Maintain complete and updated employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and workplace concerns.
- Monitor employee engagement, retention and overall employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate transfers, promotions, resignations and exit formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews and identify employee-retention opportunities.

3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

- Monitor attendance, leaves, late marks and absenteeism across centres and client locations.
- Coordinate monthly attendance inputs with payroll/accounts.
- Ensure timely submission of salary-related data,



incentives and deductions.
- Monitor compliance with attendance and leave policies.

4. Performance Management

- Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisal processes.
- Set and monitor KPIs in coordination with department heads.
- Identify training and development requirements.
- Maintain performance records and improvement plans where required.

5. HR Policies & Compliance

- Develop, implement and communicate HR policies and SOPs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable labour regulations.
- Maintain statutory and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with management/consultants for PF, ESIC, professional tax, TDS and other applicable compliance requirements.

6. Training & Development

- Identify training requirements across clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Organize soft-skills, professional development and compliance training.
- Maintain training records and feedback.

7. HR Operations & Reporting

- Maintain HR databases, employee files and HR trackers.
- Prepare monthly HR reports covering headcount, recruitment, attrition, attendance and manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning.




- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Support management in implementing HR initiatives and organizational changes.

- Knowledge of payroll and labour-law compliance.
- Ability to handle multiple centres and teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace and HRMS/CRM tools.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

- Attendance and HR documentation compliance.
- Payroll input accuracy and timeliness.

- HR policy and statutory compliance.

Educational Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW-HR, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Reporting

Reports To: Management / HR Head

A proactive, organized and approachable HR professional who can independently manage HR operations, build a positive employee culture and effectively coordinate with clinical, operations and management teams across multiple locations.
