- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject from a recognised institution.
- Freshers may be considered for appropriate positions.
- Prior teaching experience in a CBSE/ICSE/State Board/international school will be an advantage.
- Plan and deliver effective, well-structured, and engaging lessons.
- Follow the prescribed CBSE curriculum, syllabus, academic calendar, and school policies.
- Use appropriate teaching methodologies, learning resources, and technology to support student learning.
- Encourage students to develop critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Assess and monitor students' academic progress through tests, assignments, projects, activities, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic performance, assessments, and other required documentation.
- Maintain effective classroom management and promote discipline, respect, responsibility, and positive behaviour.
