Job Description

A reputed multi-speciality hospital in Ankleshwar is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the hospital's engineering, maintenance and facility operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical and managerial experience in hospital or building maintenance, with knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day maintenance and engineering operations of the hospital.
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team and external service providers.
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing and other building services.
- Plan and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor hospital infrastructure and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with biomedical engineering teams regarding utilities and equipment-related requirements.
- Ensure fire safety systems and related infrastructure are regularly inspected and maintained.
- Monitor electrical panels, generators, UPS systems and other essential utilities.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections and repairs.




- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs and AMC services.
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety procedures and applicable maintenance standards.
- Identify potential equipment and infrastructure issues and take preventive action.
- Manage maintenance budgets, materials and inventory as required.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and critical maintenance requirements.

Eligibility & Skills

- Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hospital or building maintenance.
- Previous experience in a managerial/supervisory maintenance role will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of:
- Electrical systems
- HVAC systems
- Plumbing

- Biomedical utility coordination
- Strong team-management and problem-solving skills.

Salary

₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month
