Support the Head R&TD; in new technology development, new product development, process optimization, material evaluation, trials, testing, and technology transfer to production, working on fluoropolymer and engineering plastic projects from concept through to commercialization.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Contribute to new product development from concept through to commercialization
- Carry out process optimization studies to improve efficiency and product quality
- Conduct material evaluation for fluoropolymer and engineering plastic projects
- Plan and execute trials and testing to validate current products and processes
- Support technology transfer of new processes and products to production
- Work on fluoropolymer and engineering plastic projects across the full development lifecycle
Skills Required
Functional
- Strong understanding of polymer and fluoropolymer materials and processing
- Experience in R&D;, product development, process development, or technology development
- Trial execution, testing, and technology transfer to production
- Experience in fluoropolymers preferred
Behavioral
- Strong analytical and research orientation
- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
- Effective cross-functional collaboration with Production, QA, and Maintenance
