Role & responsibilities :
- Coordinate with customers and service engineers for timely service execution.
- Maintain and analyze service data, MIS reports, and customer records.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with procurement for material availability.
- Monitor inventory of spare parts and ensure stock availability.
- Track service requests and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare service reports, quotations, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Handle customer queries and provide regular service updates.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Solid data management and analytical skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
