Role: Graphic Designer
Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru (On-site)
Experience: 1 - 3 Years (Agency experience strongly preferred)

About the Role: We are seeking a high-caliber Visual Designer to lead the creation of stunning artwork and offline brand assets. You will be the creative force behind our physical presence, turning concepts into high-quality posters, banners, and large-scale prints that define our brands identity in the real world.

Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Channel Design: Conceptualize and design high-quality graphics for social media (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram), website banners, and landing pages.
Offline Branding: Design offline marketing materials including brochures, signage, and print collateral for our dealership and commercial segments.
Video Generation: Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, Explainer videos, Motion graphics) to drive engagement on social and ad platforms.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the brand identity for internal brands
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Software Mastery:



Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro). Familiarity with Figma or Canva for quick-turnaround tasks is a plus. Video Skills: Proven ability to generate and edit video content that stops the scroll.
Agency Pedigree: You understand tight deadlines, client briefs, and the need for creative variety.
Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating a mix of digital ads, branding, and offline work - banners, standees etc
Bonus Points:
Experience handling Social Media pages (Scheduling, Community Management).
Understanding of UI/UX principles for website design.
Ability to use AI tools for image/video generation to speed up workflows.
