Role : AI Automation Analyst / Developer

What you'll do

• Build automated workflows for AI data collection & annotation projects (email collection, image sourcing, audio collection, transcription QC, and whatever the next project needs) using Claude Code and other AI tools.

- Vibe-code internal tools, scripts, and small apps that strip manual effort out of live projects.
- Contribute to our internal platform stack, CB Gigs Platform / CB Nexus (HRMS, leave & performance, daily work assignment, and a lightweight project management tool).
- Work with data: pull, clean, transform, and structure it across projects; write database queries.
- Join client calls when needed to understand the requirement first-hand, and coordinate with internal stakeholders (project, ops, delivery) to build the right thing.
- Rapidly prototype: take a fuzzy requirement and ship a working v1 in 1 to 2 days, then iterate.

What we're looking for

- Around 1 year in automation, scripting, or software development.
- Hands-on with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) and comfortable vibe-coding your way to a working solution.
- Working knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python / JavaScript) and databases (SQL / any).
- Decent communication skills: able to clearly understand a requirement,



ask the right questions, and explain what you built.
- Bias for speed: you'd rather ship a rough working tool today than a perfect one next month.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast, changing setting.

Tools & stack

We're AI-first and we ship fast. Be comfortable with a few of these, or able to ramp up quickly:

- Supabase / Postgres (database, auth, storage)
- n8n / Make for workflow automation
- Python or JavaScript scripting
- LLM APIs (Claude and others) • A bit of front-end (React / Next.js)

• Exposure to APIs, no-code / low-code tools, web scraping, or data pipelines.
