Position Title: Executive Engineer

Function/Department: MT-Elect

Report to: Sr. Manager

Location/Region: PIL-6

Job Purpose

- Preventive maintenance of Plant machinery and utility.
- Break down maintenance of plant maintenance and utility.
- Validate and ensure legal compliance of electrical Department.
- Explore and implement energy saving projects.
- Identify bottleneck, modification in machine/equipment as per process requirement to improve productivity and quality.
- Ensure safety and training of subordinate for skill development.
- Increase service level by reducing MTTR By increasing MTBF
- Process developments for quality, productivity. process time
- Undertake projects to achieve zero incident and to reduce consumption of natural resources

Accountabilities

- To arrange spare in order to minimize break down time
- To ensure minimum numbers of machine break down by doing prevention maintenance

Responsibilities

- To decrease the BD %




- To create incident free and pollution free setting for Zero incident and zero pollution.
- To complete the project within stipulated time.
- To verify the utilities required for the plant with due discussion with seniors.
- Execution of Scheduled Preventive Maintenance
- Execution of scheduled prevention maintenance.
- Development- Process development and energy saving projects

Authorities

- Make move order in Oracle
- Route cause analysis of BD
- Assign job to peer member as per priority based on daily meeting, pending job Break down maintenance of plant maintenance and utility.
- Arrange training of safety/machine and utility related
