Position:Bankruptcy Analyst US Residential Mortgage
Experience: 1–6 Years
Salary: 4 – 8 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 45 Days

Key Responsibilities
Handle Chapter 7 & Chapter 13 bankruptcy case setup and monitor case progress using PACER, CM/ECF & AACER.
Prepare and review bankruptcy documents including POC, PCN, NPF, Transfer of Claim, Plan Objections, Payment History, and MFR.
Support bankruptcy activities such as Motion for Relief, Reaffirmation Agreements, Discharge Processing, and Case Closure.
Analyze Chapter 13 repayment plans, manage arrears calculations, reconcile trustee payments, and track post-petition payments.




Ensure compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, and regulatory guidelines including CFPB, FDCPA, FCRA & UDAAP.
Maintain audit-ready documentation, follow SOPs, and deliver high-quality work with solid accuracy.
Collaborate with Legal Counsel, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, Cash Operations, and Customer Care to ensure timely and compliant case management.
Prepare case status reports, identify risks, and support SLA-driven bankruptcy operations.
