Global Eye Security Services India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and experienced Field Officer/ Area Manager to supervise security operations across client locations, ensure smooth manpower deployment, maintain client satisfaction, and uphold company standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit client sites regularly and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Supervise security guards and maintain discipline and grooming standards.
- Handle manpower deployment, shift replacements, and emergency requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and submit field reports.
- Resolve client concerns and coordinate with the Operations team.
- Assist in recruitment, induction, and on-site training of security personnel.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of experience in the security services industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple sites.
- Must have a valid driving licence.
