JD Sales Profile (Real Estate)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably with top real estate developers
- Relevant experience working with real estate developers (residential/commercial projects)
- Location experience: Gurgaon / Gurugram market exposure is mandatory
- Solid understanding of channel sales, direct sales, site visits, and deal closures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with strong client-handling capabilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
- Ability to work independently and manage a team (for senior roles)
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting is an added advantage
