About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Architect with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree and a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience. The successful candidate should have experience across multiple stages of architectural design and project delivery and be capable of independently managing assigned work packages while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
The role involves supporting UK and international projects, preparing design documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering projects within agreed quality, budget, and programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, BIM models, presentations, renderings, and project documentation in accordance with project requirements and timelines.
- Develop design solutions that meet client requirements, statutory regulations,
and company quality standards.
- Support the coordination of internal multidisciplinary design teams.
- Take ownership of assigned project packages and deliver them within agreed deadlines.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders as required.
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and project meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, BIM standards, and project protocols.
- Accurately record project timesheets and contribute to efficient project delivery within budget.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure version control of drawings and deliverables.
- Stay updated with industry trends, building regulations, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in internal training programmes and pursue continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an architectural practice.
- Experience working on UK or international projects will be an added advantage.

- Understanding of project coordination, design management, and quality assurance processes.
- Awareness of project budgets and programme management.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and international standards.
Technical Skills
Candidates should have working knowledge of:
- Autodesk Revit
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Outlook
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (preferred)
- Navisworks (preferred)
A practical Revit assessment may be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in sustainable building design.
- Knowledge of Passive House (Passivhaus) principles.
- Working knowledge of PHPP software.
- Experience working on UK residential, commercial, education, healthcare, or mixed-use projects.
- Familiarity with UK Building Regulations and RIBA stages.
