Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage counter sales operations at retail stores, ensuring productive inventory management and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and increase sales revenue.
- Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy of inventory records and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with store staff to achieve sales targets, provide training on product knowledge, and resolve customer complaints.
Job Requirements :
- 0-10 years of experience in retail sales or related field (counter sales).
- Strong understanding of cosmetics industry trends, products, and services.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
