Develop & Optimize seed coating formulations using polymers, bio-stimulants, fungicides, and other additives.
Conduct lab and field trials to assess coating performance, flowability, seed germination, and quality control (QC) activities.
Optimize application techniques and scale up formulations from lab to full-scale production.
Test raw materials, source samples, and evaluate current ingredients for formulation improvement.
Apply knowledge from the coating industry, including water-based treatments, decorative paints, industrial coatings, and inks, to enhance seed coatings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Procurement) to align formulations with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards related to seed and industrial coatings.
Document research findings and prepare technical reports to contribute to product development and innovation.
