- Ensure compliance with statutory and food safety standards
- Lead quality systems, certifications, and external audits
- Oversee QA/QC operations including laboratory and process controls
- Drive continuous improvement in product quality and food safety systems
- Robust knowledge of FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and FSSC standards
- Hands-on experience in quality systems implementation, audits, documentation, and compliance
- Exposure to laboratory management, process quality control, and regulatory coordination
