Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition & Activation: Actively acquire new clients, open and activate trading accounts, and generate revenue from new acquisitions on an ongoing basis.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve assigned targets for broking revenue from equities, futures & options, commodities, and equity-related products; generate Net Interest Income through Margin Trade Funding (MTF).
- Asset Gathering & Product Promotion: Drive asset gathering and activation of advisory products, Investiger, IPOs, ETFs, mutual funds, and other investment solutions among clients.
- Client Engagement & Advisory: Profile clients based on risk appetite, provide market updates and advice, suggest suitable equity products,



execute trades online/on behalf of clients, confirm orders/trades, and ensure at least one client meeting per day.
- Service & Relationship Management: Deliver highest level of service, maintain robust client relationships, assist new investors in understanding market dynamics, and contribute to branch targets in client acquisition, revenue, and relationship enhancement.
