Required Qualifications and Skills:

- 2-5 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within BFSI/NBFC; exposure to Loans Against Property preferred.
- Prior experience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales; strong local market knowledge and established regional network.
- Proven ability to lead sales teams and manage branch-level PL.
- Strong business development, networking, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- High motivation, self-starter attitude, and bias for action in a high-performance environment.
- Solid analytical skills to track performance and drive profitability.
- Working knowledge of Excel and sales MIS tools

Educational Qualifications:

- Minimum: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field
