Job Summary

RML Pathology is looking for dedicated and competent MD Pathologists to join our diagnostic team for Morning Shift and Evening Shift. The selected candidate will be responsible for reporting, validation, quality assurance, and clinical consultation while ensuring compliance with NABL standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Report and validate Clinical Pathology, Hematology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Serology, Histopathology and Cytology cases (as applicable).
- Review abnormal and critical laboratory findings.
- Ensure accurate and timely authorization of laboratory reports.
- Maintain NABL, CAP and quality management protocols.
- Supervise laboratory operations and technical staff.
- Correlate laboratory findings with clinical history whenever required.
- Participate in internal quality control (IQC), external quality assurance (EQAS) and laboratory audits.
- Provide consultation to clinicians regarding test selection and interpretation.
- Ensure TAT compliance and report quality.
- Participate in CMEs, training sessions and departmental meetings.
