Key Job Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage mandate registration for all booked loan accounts.
- Handle cancellation of existing mandates and registration of current mandates in repayment bank swap cases.
- Ensure timely registration of new mandates in cases where EMI presentation through existing mandates has failed.
- Process mandate cancellations upon loan closure .
- Ensuring prompt completion of CKYC tasks.
- Manage customer communication through specified messaging portals
- Identify and initiate process/system improvements and monitor implementation of recommended changes.
- Prepare and ensure timely circulation of MIS reports.
- Responsible for closure of all audit observations within the defined timelines

Preferred Skill





- Proficiency in MIS and reporting tools (Advance excel preferred)
- Good understanding of loan servicing and mandate processes
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Proactive, co-operative and supportive team player
- Ability to manage timelines, work to deadlines.
