To make production plan such a way that optimum utilization of 4M (Methods, Men, Material, Machine) with customer satisfaction. Ensures the production and distribution of products runs smoothly in a cost-effective.

Knowledge of manufacturing process, Working in SAP/ERP system,
Business Acumen, Analytically and mathematically minded

1.Collection of orders from Branch Offices
2.Coordinate with internal departments like Materials, Production, HR, QA, R & D etc.
3.Preparation of Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly plan detailing all task to meet predicted completion date
4.Regular coordination for bought out and in-house material
5.Follow-up with dispatch department for on-time execution of orders
6.Liaise with customers from abroad and SPOC for external agency
Container/ export planning




7.Prepare and coordinate for Container stuffing plan
8.Coordination with dispatch team for setting priority
9.Preparation of time and action calendar for each order from order receiving to shipment.
10.Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met and Work on reduction of first aid accidents
11.Ensures setting protection and maintaining safety by Monitoring of Manufacturing & Related activities including Production, Planning and scheduling, controls and other related functions.
